Ingenuity for the Win!  It is heartwarming to help a family find their "forever" home and sometimes you've got to think outside the box to make it happen! Sheila, Al & children, a military family living in Fort Benning, were looking to purchase their first home here in New Hampshire. With a little ingenuity using Skype and help from family members, Sheila and Al "visited" numerous properties  via Skype video and were able to complete their home search & purchase transaction remotely! Don't you love technology? I am honored to have their trust and it was my pleasure to guide them through the home buying process.

Recently, my wife and I downsized from our Manchester Victorian to a newer much smaller Colonial on the eastern fringes of the city near Lake Massabesic. We truly understand the emotional and financial processes of downsizing, rightsizing or upsizing. Married to a School Teacher, father of 3 sons; the eldest is in West Chicago and a specialist in highly automated factories, the middle son runs a Marina and is a certified boat mechanic in Bradenton FL, and youngest is a graduate in Home- land Security, class of 2018. at UNH Manchester

MBA in Leadership from Franklin Pierce University (class of 99) and History undergrad at York University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
