Joe Dion

As a lifelong resident of New Hampshire - born, raised and raising a family in Manchester - I make it a point to stay up-to-date on all of the economic, regulatory and real estate trends that affect our great state. It is through my experience working in government, sales and business that provides my clients the edge they seek - and deserve.

Formally, I was the Dispute Resolution Coordinator and Claims Supervisor at the New Hampshire Department of Labor. I was responsible for thousands of cases and, through streamlining processes and enhanced attention to people involved with cases, I was able to save the state millions and cut wait times by 80 percent. I bring this same attention to detail and negotiation skills to real estate. I also attended New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University) in Manchester.

I am also actively involved in the state. I formally served on the Manchester Planning Board, Manchester Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission - positions that give me an innate understanding of real estate regulations statewide. I also was an ambassador for the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, was a member of Manchester Kiwanis, and am active with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Manchester.

I love New Hampshire, and as a lifelong resident, understand that reputation is earned slowly, but lost instantly. I will strive to provide you with the best real estate experience possible, and look forward to meeting with you. Please feel free to contact me at any time, with any question.
